Mumbai Police always go beyond their duty to protect citizens. This was once again witnessed when the Ville Parle Police organised a blood donation camp. More than 650 blood donors donated blood at the camp. Blood donors include MLA Parag Alvani, well-known Marathi actor, Nivdek Pushkar Shrotri, and 65 policemen and their families. Mumbai Mayor Kishori Pednekar voluntary joined the camp and lauded the social organisations, including Vile Parle Police.
The blood donation camp was organised under the guidance of Majunnath Singh, Deputy Commissioner, Circle 8, Avinash
Dharmadhikari, Assistant Commissioner of Police, Wakola Division, and Alka Mandve, Senior Inspector of Police, Vile Parle Senior Police Station.
